EmploymentCrossing coordinates a comprehensive database of nearly all job openings across the U.S. Their large collection of job listings is over two million strong and includes job listings from every Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 company.

They spend egregious amounts of time searching through the websites of prospective employers, not to mention nearly every job board in the United States, trying to find active career listings. EmploymentCrossing's dedicated staff consists of librarians, professional researchers, engineers, and attorneys. They all do their best to find every available job listing on the market. Then they research each active job listing to ensure it's absolute validity and categorize it correctly in the EmploymentCrossing database. The job seeker obviously benefits from this laborious work because he or she has one central location to search for job listings.
